From Chaos to Coordinated
I know how frustrating running a design business can be.
When I first started my business I was exhausted, time-strapped, and found myself always wishing for a project to end so I could jump into the next thing and do it better.
It was an endless cycle for years until I experienced one of the worst projects of my life! It was a wake-up call. Something needed to change.
That’s when I started using a process.
I’m not going to lie, it took me years to fine-tune my process. But when I finally implemented it, miracles started to happen! And I know that sounds dramatic, but I’m 100% serious. Having a process, and sticking to it, gives you so much confidence and helps you run the show every time.
