There comes a point in business where what once worked… no longer feels aligned.

In this episode, I’m sharing a decision that’s been quietly forming behind the scenes for a long time. After years of teaching my signature program, Power of Process, I’ve decided I will not be launching it again.

This isn’t an ending driven by failure. It’s one driven by growth.

Because here’s what I’ve come to realize: the thing that gets you to one level in your business is not always the thing that will take you to the next.

In this conversation, I’m pulling back the curtain on what this pivot really looked like. The doubts, the questions, the internal back-and-forth. And more importantly, how I knew it was time to make a change, even when it felt risky.

We talk about the stages of business that every designer moves through, from survival to systems to leadership, and why so many designers feel stuck after building their processes. Not because they’re doing something wrong, but because they’ve outgrown the support they once needed.

I also share what I’ve been seeing inside the industry. Designers aren’t just asking how to run projects anymore. They’re asking how to grow a team, raise their rates, attract better clients, and build a business that actually supports their life.

That shift is what led to this next chapter.

This episode is for you if you’ve ever felt like:

  • your business is working, but something feels off
  • you’ve built the systems, but still feel stuck
  • you’re craving growth, but unsure what the next step looks like
  • you know you’re capable of more, but can’t quite articulate what that is

Because the truth is, pivots don’t come from chasing something new. They come from recognizing what’s no longer enough.

And sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is trust that.
